NDIS Sessions

Counselling support for NDIS participants wanting to build emotional regulation, self-understanding, communication, confidence, coping strategies, relationships and daily life skills.

NDIS counselling may support participants with goals related to adjustment, identity, disability, neurodivergence, overwhelm, anxiety, boundaries, social connection, self-advocacy, grief, life transitions or managing the emotional impact of disability and change.

Sessions are warm, respectful, trauma-informed and shaped around the participant’s needs, communication style, capacity and goals. This may include conversation-based counselling, psychoeducation, practical strategies, nervous system regulation, strengths-based reflection, values work, creative approaches or support to understand patterns and needs.

NDIS counselling is available where it aligns with the participant’s plan goals and funding. Please enquire before booking so we can confirm suitability, funding arrangements, service agreement requirements and availability.
