Fees and Appointments

  • A Beautiful Mess Counselling & Psychotherapy offers in-person counselling, telehealth, walk-and-talk counselling, relationship counselling, NDIS counselling support and workshops.

  • Standard individual session: $125
    Saturday individual session: $145
    Session length: 55 minutes

  • Relationship counselling is available for couples and diverse relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ relationships, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory and kink-involved relationships.

    These sessions offer space to slow down difficult conversations, explore patterns, strengthen communication, understand conflict cycles, clarify boundaries, and support connection, repair and emotional safety.

    Couples counselling (80minutes) $180

    Relationship counselling — 3+ people (90–110 minutes) Fee by enquiry

    Relationship counselling for more than two people is arranged by enquiry so we can discuss the number of participants, session length, structure and fee before booking.

    Relationship counselling is not about deciding who is right or wrong. It is a space to better understand what is happening between you and what each person may need to feel heard, respected and supported.

  • Weekday session packages are available when paid in advance.

    5 sessions: $562
    10 sessions: $1062

    Packages are available for weekday appointments only.

  • NDIS counselling support is charged in line with current NDIS rates. Please enquire to discuss whether your plan can be used for counselling support.

  • A limited number of concession appointments are available for Health Care Card holders and students. Please enquire about current availability.

  • A free 15-minute enquiry call is available before booking your first session. This is a chance to ask questions, discuss what you are looking for, and get a sense of whether counselling with me feels like the right fit.

  • Appointments are generally available:

    • Monday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

    • Tuesday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm

    • Wednesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

    • Thursday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm

    • Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

    • Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

    Availability may vary from week to week.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • At this stage, bookings are made by enquiry rather than through an online booking platform.
